1. Always remember to clean the mixer thoroughly at the end of each day's work.
2. The mixer should be cleaned at least once during the concrete curing process to prevent the material from mixing in the drum. When performing short-term cleaning, this can be done during production pauses rather than cleaning after each shift.
3. when cleaning the mixer, in addition to cleaning it once with water, mix it with water and small stones to ensure a more thorough cleaning.
4. when performing manual cleaning, do not use a hammer to dislodge concrete blocks as this may damage the mixing arms, which is not advisable.
5. For mixer air filter maintenance, you can start with the following:
Manually emptying the dust collector, opening the bag and removing any accumulated dust during routine operation.
Unscrew the butterfly nut and gently remove the main air filter element. When cleaning the paper filter element, gently tap the end surface to make the dust fall off.
Use compressed air or an air pump to blow air from inside the stabilized soil mixing station. Be careful not to get the air nozzle too close to the filter element to prevent dust from splashing inside the element.
The cartridge can be dried with a light bulb before cleaning to prevent damage to the cartridge.
